Quarantine -- GameTek

Dr. Otto
This sits just behind Crash N' Burn as my second favorite driving game. Drive your hovercab through five huge areas of urban blight obliterating and incinerating most of the people you know. An unhealthy selection of weapons and armor make the job more entertaining... Just make sure you pick up enough fares to afford the stuff. Lots of jobs from package runs, to gang hits, to bombings add variety. Great tunes from Australian Alternative bands together with dark, bleak city-scapes create a decidedly sinister game environment. The hover physics take some time getting used to, but once you've mastered them you can use them to your advantage. This one is highly addictive (chasing down pedestrians with a hood-mounted ripsaw blade is something I can do for hours), and could be described as Doom with a brain. Sick fun!
