Street Fighter II -- Capcom

Beating out Pac Man for the title of the single most popular game in the world, the arcade smash Street Fighter II is now available on the SNES. Directly from the arcade legend, choose your favorite warrior and prepare for a no-holds barred one-on-one fight to the finish. All of your arcade favorites are back, including Blanka, Ken, Ryu, Guile, and Chun Li. This side-view fighting game also includes a two-player versus mode, as well as handicap settings so that new players can effectively battle against more experienced ones.

Ferrari Man
Reason enough to buy an SNES! Street Fighter II is the best game on any system anywhere. With the two-player vs. mode, this game is fun for two at a time, also. Just like the arcade, three thumbs up. NO SLOWDOWN, plus the added benefit of no slowdown, and let's not forget that it has no slowdown. The steep price tag ($75) is well worth it. I hope to see the alternate joystick soon, but the control pad is acceptable.

????
There's something about bloody video games that attracts everyone. This game is a carbon-copy of the arcade. Your guys respond to the controls perfectly. This is bound to be the video game of the year.

R.I.P.
Not bad! In fact, I'd have to say that I prefer the SNES version over the coin-op. Need I say more?

Salamander
It's fast, it's fun, and now, it's at home! The SNES version of Street Fighter II is pixel-perfect. A definite must-buy. The graphics are great, the sound is great, and the play control is great. I could play this game until my thumbs fell off (Ferrari Man and I almost did). This title is totally excellent. What more can I say about the most popular game in the world?
