R.I.P.
While R-Type Complete CD for the PC-Engine CD ranks as my favorite home R-Type title, R-Type III gives it a serious run for the money. I love the new power-ups as well as the excellent sound and music. The graphics are very clean and play control is R-Type perfect. Classic shooter fans must check this out, and newcomers to the world of shooters should atleast give this game a solid play before passing judgment. Finally the SNES adds another quality shooter to its library.
