Can you shoot the rock? If you can, you might want to avoid this title. There is no fault to be found in the graphics which feature ten motion captured, fluidly animated players running up and down the court. Nor is it the sound which replicates the sound of basketball, including an announcer from the Golden State Warriors or the music which compliments the game nicely. No the flaw here is gameplay. It plays like a three year old EA title. Players slow down on pass plays in a way that makes fast breaks difficult plus the motion capture has a downside of slowing the players down as they come to a complete stop, go through the motions and then come back under control. It's to bad, because other than the gameplay, this game is virtually flawless.
