The Final Word game review
A young warrior must set out to rescue his beloved in Toki for the Atari Lynx. But, to make things harder, he has been transformed into an ape! Fight to the end of this wacky side-scrolling action title, or be trapped, a lonely ape forever!
Ferrari Man
An added style of game to the Lynx--fast action games. Very well done in all respects. Toki is an excellent translation. No complaints.
????
This is the best home version of this game that I have seen. The graphics are detailed and well drawn. The music isn't too bad. There are many power-ups and challenges in this game. With a cute story and fair control, Toki is a fairly good game.
R.I.P.
This game is a decent side scrolling action game. Lots of traps and a large variety of monsters and power-ups. This is also a game I could see turning into a good standby like Slime World is (a game to have an occasional challenge). Be sure to check this one out as a rental before buying, though. This title may not catch on for everyone.
Salamander
Not bad, not bad. Clear graphics, fair sound, and decent play control come together to create a very solid game. The concept is also very unique; you play the role of a great warrior transformed into an ape. A variety of strange enemies and goofy power-ups put the finishing touches on this well done title.
