The Final Word game review
The evil Ninja Lord Havok has returned to conquer the land and only you, Hiro, can stop him. Many dangers await you in this side-scrolling action game for the Atari Lynx.

Oooo... No music! That really seems to be this games only fault. I enjoyed every aspect of play from weapon choice to difficulty. Till now the Lynx, although a powerful system, fell short in many categories. A good action game was one of them. Switchblade II really filled the gap nicely. Good job Gremlin!

An adventure with a very athletic hero who can jump the height of the screen. Nice crisp graphics make this game very enjoyable. The control of the main character is pretty good. This game made me want to play continuously. One of the first Lynx games that really kept me interested and involved in the game. A very well done action adventure for the Lynx.
R.I.P.
When I first heard about this game I heard it called as "The no music game." Well, it's true, this game has no background music (except between levels), but I think that adds character. This is a really good action game. Possibly one of the top carts for the Lynx system. I really had fun playing it, and plan to continue doing so.

Switchblade II is a very solid title. The play is excellent and the control is precise. The graphics are very crisp--particularly for their small size. My only misgiving with the title was the lack of music--without any music and very few sound effects, I think the title may have lost something. Other than that, however, no complaints.
