The Final Word game review
Alisa Dragoon, by Game Arts, is an action game for the Sega Genesis. As Alisa, you and your trusty reptilian companions must locate the silver star that fell from the sky and restore peace to the land.
Ferrari Man
This game was average. I don't like the "lack of control" in your weapon, although the wide choice of friendly helpers is nice. The background graphics were very well drawn, and the sound was slightly above average. The bobbing poneytail got old quick, however. Not bad--just not great.
????
I'm very dissapointed with this game. I could do my homework while playing this game. The story is very poor. Graphics are very good and detailed. The monsters that you summon to help you are really no help at all. The gameplay is average, you jump, shoot, and that's all. Music is fair. This game is just plain boring. Try again.
R.I.P.
This is a nice game. Nothing to spectacular to report on though. It reminds me of a cross between Sonic for the Genesis and Thexder on the Apple //gs & Amiga computers. Decent graphics and sound throughout though. All-in-all I liked this title... not enough to buy it, but I would definitely recommend renting it at least once.
Salamander
Alisa Dragoon is, well, ok. The graphics are pretty good, but everything else is very run-of-the-mill. The sound and action aren't bad, but they are nothing stunning or unique. Alisa Dragoon is without a doubt a very solid game. It just seems to be missing that little extra spark that I've seen in other titles. It's a nice little game.
