Over in the AtariAge Forums word is getting out that the encryption utilities for making signed cartridges and CDs for the Atari Jaguar have been found after all these years. This is significant because when the Tremails folded Atari they buried this data, which prevented developers from ever making future games for the platform. It also forced the premature collapse of several developers with titles near to market. Now that these tools have been located, independent, classic gaming publishers can release new games for this system.
