A little bit closer...

Not that any of you care, but me posting this helps me keep track of what I'm doing and my progress on things.

I'll touch on something game related first before I blather... For what it's worth, I got the review for Sonic the Hedgehog Pocket Adventure for the Neo*Geo Pocket finally up on the site. To bad I didn't get this thing posted when the system was still on the market! At least the review will be there for a counter to the Sonic game slated for the GBA (hmmm... maybe Head-to-Head fodder).

Anyway, whew... I spent the weekend getting two things done. First, trying to get people to read a piece of scientific/medical research that's pretty freaked out. The paper is entitled "Melatonin Imbalance as a Biochemical Predisposition to Serial Homicide", and is the bi-product of some work being done by an Artificial Intelligence research company my wife is heading.

Then, the other thing I actually accomplished over the weekend was getting this old as the hills Macintosh Performa 460 (68030 based computer) up and running on the LAN at the ol' GZHQ. The machine was sitting here doing dirt, and I wanted to see if I could get it running modern enough to debug some wierd Mac-only Javascript-to-Java issues with the Polymer City Gallery viewer I put together for Dr. Otto.

So, that's about it. I'm getting my back-log caught up, bit-by-bit.
