- Douglas Adams passes at 49
[ posted by: R.I.P ]- Well, I'm sure you'll be hearing the news about this everywhere next week, but I felt I should comment about it here. According to an article in the BBC News, Douglas Adams has passed away yesterday (5/11/2001) at the age of 49, from a sudden heart attack.
- While I've enjoyed his books, I was really looking forward to the current projects he was working on, such as a Hitchhiker's Guide movie, and an actual Hitchhikers' Guide to the Galaxy PDA.
- Hopefully these projects will be continued, and you can read more regarding Mr. Adams at his h2g2 pages.
