Media files moved to FTP

Well, we've made a small change on the server today. I've moved all of our media files over to FTP only. I did this in response to a number of individual people who feel they need to download all of the files from the Video Pit in one shot. We're talking about 30+ simultaneous downloads for a single person were each file is 3-6 MB in size. This was not only effecting our bandwidth, but it was adding unnecessarily heavy disk access to the server's HD.

So, for now, everyone can still get to the videos, but any given person can have no more than two downloads active at one time. Also, only five anonymous connections can be open into the anonymous FTP server at a time.

I apologize in advance for the inconvenience this may cause, but then again, we are talking about videos from 1996 and earlier... it's not like this is hot stuff here. If this new arrangement works out though, I may go ahead and increase the number of anonymous connections allowed from five to something higher. We'll just have to take it one step at a time.
